Cheek Implants
There are three basic physical elements that define the appearance of the face: bones, soft tissues and skin. Implants can help address contour and size issues with the bones and soft tissues.
Flat, undefined contours and a disproportionate shape to your face can affect your appearance and self-esteem. With cheek implants it is possible to correct the angles and balance the structure of your face.
If you are struggling with loss of facial structure due to age, injury or disease or are simply interested in improving the contours of your cheeks, implants can provide the fullness and proportion you need to feel your best. Cheek implants can improve the projection of the cheekbones and add volume to flat or recessed planes in the face. Implants are made from special biocompatible materials such as silicon and polyethylene and are made to fit any anatomy. There are many options for materials and placement and Dr. Rogers will work closely with you to help you make the best choices for your anatomy.
If you have used soft tissue fillers for temporarily results in the past, implants may offer a permanent solution.
Implant surgery can be performed alone or in combination with other surgical procedures such as a facelift, eyelid surgery or nasal refinement.
