Nasal refinement is perhaps the most popular plastic surgery procedure for the face available today. Commonly referred to as a nose job, nasal refinement can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip.

Nasal refinement can be performed inside the nose or in an “open” procedure. The procedure chosen depends on the exact corrections that need to be made and the esthetic goals of the patient. A procedure performed through the nostrils leaves no scarring and “open” procedure can leave minimal signs of surgery.
