Dr. Rogers will determine which option is right for you and explain what to expect during your consultation. Most butt augmentation procedures take between two and four hours to complete, and Dr. Rogers will ensure that you have a detailed understanding of what your surgery will entail.

Implant-Based

With implant-based butt augmentation, Dr. Rogers will place artificial implants that will augment and reshape your backside to your liking. Fat Transfer

The Recovery Period

After a buttock lift, you can expect to take one to two weeks off work and avoid strenuous activity for at least four to six weeks. Patients who have undergone buttock augmentation can typically return to work and social activities within 2 to 3 weeks after surgery.

You will need to avoid sitting directly for at least 3 weeks to allow the buttock area to heal properly. A cushion should continue to be used to sit to allow for optimal comfort. Sports and exercise can typically be resumed after the first month of recovery.
