What to Expect?
Before receiving a Belotero® treatment, patients can expect to have a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider to discuss their individual needs and goals and determine whether Belotero® is a suitable treatment option for them. During the consultation, the healthcare provider will evaluate the patient’s skin condition, medical history, and any medications or supplements they are currently taking to determine if they are a good candidate for the treatment. If the patient is deemed a suitable candidate for Belotero®, the healthcare provider will work with them to develop a customized treatment plan that addresses their specific cosmetic concerns and goals. This may involve selecting the appropriate Belotero® product, determining the optimal injection technique, and identifying the best areas of the face for filler injection. Before the treatment, patients may be advised to avoid certain medications or supplements that can increase the risk of bleeding or bruising, such as aspirin or vitamin E.
