Your Recovery Process

Once your surgery is complete, you’ll spend a short bit of time in our recovery area before heading home to begin your recovery process. You will need a friend to drive you home, however, as the anesthesia will still be wearing off. We’ll make sure you have a clear idea of what to expect after your procedure, along with detailed aftercare instructions and a clear timeline that explains the process.

Most patients can return to work and normal activities within 1 to 2 weeks after surgery. However, it's important to avoid strenuous activity and exercise for at least 2 to 3 weeks after surgery to allow proper healing.
